Our General Manager spent two days last week on a leadership retreat at The Relais Cooden Beach as part of the Social Leaders Hastings programme run by Clore Leadership in conjunction with Hastings Voluntary Action and funded by the Henry Smith Foundation. The first day was focused on personal leadership development, the second on leadership strategies.
Jo said “The whole programme is useful on a personal and professional level. It includes a wide variety of charity leaders from across the town and building those connections and partnerships is such a key part of making a difference to our community. We also ate lots of yummy food.”
