Yesterday Jo visited the NHS Retirees Group that meets at Bexhill Health Centre for a lovely Strawberry Afternoon Tea and to give a talk about the work of the Friends.🍓
“It was such a pleasure listening to stories from some of the members, including how before ready access to phones District Nurse visits in rural areas were arranged by the use of a tea towel over the gate.”
