Have your say on the future priorities for The Friends of Conquest Hospital.

Our 2026 survey is open to everyone, and it only takes a couple of minutes. We want to know what you’d like to see improved at the hospital, because your answers will help us decide what to focus on in 2027.

You don’t need any connection to us or any special knowledge. If you’ve been a patient, visited someone, work nearby or just live in the area, your view counts. Nothing is too big or too small, and the more people who take part, the better picture we get of what matters most.
